This policy sets out guidelines for how we collect,  use and  disclose your personal information when you make a purchase from us or visit our website.  

Use of our website is subject to our Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between this privacy policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions prevail.

From time to time, we may need to share your information with our third party service providers (who may help us with, for example, running our online store, processing orders, sending you products that you have ordered and analysing our data). We only share the personal information that our service providers require to perform their function.

We do not allow our third parties to use your information for their own purposes.

Despite our steps, the internet is not always secure and we cannot be certain that your use of our site or the transmission of your information online will always be safe. The sharing of your personal information with us is at your own risk, and we will not be liable for any unauthorised access to any personal information you provide to us.

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

If you are entitled to the rights given to EU citizens under the General Data Protection Act (GDPR) or the rights given to California citizens under the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), we
will comply with our obligations under the applicable law

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the updated version to our website. We will not materially change how we handle previously collected information without providing reasonable notice.  Please check our sites periodically for updates. If you make a purchase from us, browse our website, interact with our social media or get in contact with us after we publish changes, you will be deemed to have accepted any changes to our privacy policy.
