Returns & Refunds

We take every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives in a perfect condition. If you experience a problem with your order, we will do our best to resolve it for you in accordance with this Returns and Refunds Policy (Policy). 

About this Returns and Refunds Policy

This Policy is intended to inform you of your and our rights and responsibilities should any shipping, returns or refunds issues arise.  This Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions but to extent there is any conflict or inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions prevail.

Returns

If you purchase a product and change your mind, or if we send you the wrong product, and the product is unused and unopened, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. If you are returning the product because you changed your mind, the refund will be less any original shipping cost. If you are returning the product because we sent you the wrong product, we will refund the original shipping cost. After you have been in touch, we will provide you with a return authorisation and details on how to return the product to us.

We recommend if you are returning a product to us that it is well packaged, and that you use a tracked method of return as we are unable to accept responsibility for a lost package. If you return a product because you have changed your mind, return shipping will be at your own cost. If you return a product because we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Opened Products

We do not accept returns of opened and/or partially used product. We are happy to answer any questions prior to purchasing so please reach out to us. We recommend that you check the full ingredient list on any product prior to purchasing it if you have any ingredient sensitivities that could impact your ability to enjoy our products.

Missing or Damaged Products

If a product is damaged when you receive it, please contact us with a photo of the damage and we will work with you to find a solution. This may be a refund or a replacement product.

If your product has not arrived, please get in touch and we will work with our shipping provide to locate your product or otherwise resolve the issue.

Refunds

Where we need to process a refund, we will process your refund to the original credit or debit card used in your purchase. Following this, you will receive a refund information from us. Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable, except where we send you the wrong product.
