When can I expect my products to arrive?

We expect to process your order within 1-2 business days, however orders placed over weekends or public holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation.

Please allow 2-3 days delivery time once it has shipped for New Zealand. Rural deliveries may take an extra 1-2 days. For Australia, please allow 7 days delivery time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.

What is the shipping cost?

For orders over $60 NZD or $100 AUD, shipping is free.

For orders under this, we charge a flat rate of $6 NZD in New Zealand and $18 to Australia. New Zealand rural deliveries under $60 are charged an additional $10.

How do I track my parcel?
